Birth Preparation Group Class

Expectant mothers may bring their partner, friend, or birth coach. 
 
BrightBirth Academy will prepare clients for their Birthing experience. The class will help students be more in tuned with their bodies for birth, educate them on signs and stages of labor, medical pain relief measures, interventions, procedures, and postpartum. 

After this class, students will feel ready and calm for what is to come ahead.
